Design thinking can be a catalyst for change. However, implementing it into organisational processes, which is part of service design, can be challenging and sometimes fail, hence associated with discomfort.

I gave feedback on the user experience of the survey on failed design changes. Based on my suggestions and others, SDN Academic Taskforce created a new survey version to collect stories.

The SDN Academic Taskforce is a global network for service design. Its aim is to structure an international group that advises the service design community and promotes it in academic programmes.
